Project Overview
Industry: Coatings / Paint Manufacturing
Airflow: 80,000 NCMH × 2 units
Pollutants: Toluene, Paint VOCs
Treatment System: Ducted Collection System + Dust Collection System + Three-Canister Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)
Application Overview
This project was developed for VOC and dust emission control in coatings production.
The system is designed to treat toluene and paint-related volatile organic compounds (VOCs) generated during coating, mixing and production processes. These emissions are typically accompanied by fine particulate matter produced during material handling and processing operations.
System Configuration
The treatment system consists of a ducted collection network, a dust removal system and a three-canister Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO).
Dust and particulate emissions are first captured through the collection system. The exhaust gas is then directed to the RTO unit, where volatile organic compounds such as toluene are destroyed through high-temperature thermal oxidation.
The three-canister RTO design enables continuous operation with high thermal efficiency and stable VOC destruction performance under large airflow conditions.
