Project Case

Waste Gas Treatment System for Electronics CCL (Copper-Clad Laminate)

The system is designed to treat volatile organic compounds generated during resin coating, drying and thermal processing stages. Typical emissions include acetone, aromatic hydrocarbons and resin-based organic vapors.

Project Overview

Industry: Electronics / CCL Manufacturing

System Capacity:

30,000 NCMH (Zeolite Rotary Concentrator)

31,000 NCMH (RTO System)

Pollutants: Acetone, Aromatic hydrocarbons, Resin VOCs

Treatment System: Zeolite Concentration + 3-Bed RTO + Heat Recovery System

Application Overview

This project was developed for VOC emission control in copper-clad laminate (CCL) manufacturing.

The system is designed to treat volatile organic compounds generated during resin coating, drying and thermal processing stages. Typical emissions include acetone, aromatic hydrocarbons and resin-based organic vapors.

System Configuration

The treatment system adopts a combined Zeolite Rotary Concentrator and Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) process.

VOC emissions are first adsorbed and concentrated by the zeolite rotor system, then desorbed and transferred into a multi-stage RTO system for high-temperature oxidation. The system is equipped with a heat recovery unit utilizing both thermal oil and hot water to improve overall energy efficiency.
