Project Overview
Industry: Coating / General Industrial Applications
Airflow: 12,000 NCMH
Pollutants: Coating VOCs, General Industrial VOCs
Treatment System: New Three-Canister Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)
Application Overview
This project was developed for volatile organic compound (VOC) emission control in coating and general industrial processes.
The system is designed to treat low to medium concentration VOC emissions generated during coating operations and other industrial manufacturing activities. These emissions typically consist of solvent-based organic compounds that require high-efficiency thermal oxidation for safe discharge.
System Configuration
The system adopts a New Three-Canister Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) for efficient VOC destruction.
The RTO system thermally oxidizes organic pollutants at high temperature, achieving high removal efficiency while recovering thermal energy through regenerative ceramic media. The three-canister design enables continuous operation with stable performance under industrial production conditions.
