Application Overview
This project was developed for VOC emission control in plastic manufacturing processes.
The system is designed to treat volatile organic compounds generated during plastic extrusion, molding, and material processing operations. These emissions typically contain organic vapors released during continuous production activities.
System Configuration
The system adopts a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) for high-efficiency VOC destruction in plastic production applications.
The RTO system oxidizes organic pollutants at high temperature and uses regenerative ceramic media for heat recovery, enabling stable operation under continuous and variable VOC load conditions.
