Project Overview
Industry: Paint / Coating Manufacturing
Total Airflow: 130,000 NCMH
RTO Airflow: 28,000 NCMH
Pollutants: Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)
Treatment System: Zeolite Rotor Concentration System + Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)
Application Overview
This project was developed for VOC emission control in paint production processes.
The system is designed to treat volatile organic compounds generated during coating, mixing and paint formulation processes. These emissions typically contain solvent-based VOCs released during large-scale paint manufacturing operations.
System Configuration
The treatment system combines a Zeolite Rotor Concentration system and a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) to achieve efficient VOC control in paint production.
The zeolite rotor first concentrates low-concentration, high-volume VOC emissions. The concentrated gas stream is then directed into the RTO system for high-temperature thermal oxidation and complete VOC destruction.
This combined process is widely used in coating and paint manufacturing industries where large airflow and low-concentration VOC streams are present.
