Project Overview
Industry: Printing & Packaging
Airflow: 85,000 NCMH
Pollutants: Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)
System: Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)
Application Overview
This project was developed for VOC emission control in printing and packaging production processes.
The system is designed to treat volatile organic compounds generated during printing, laminating, and coating operations. These emissions typically contain solvent-based vapors released from inks, adhesives and surface treatment processes.
System Configuration
The system adopts a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) for high-efficiency VOC destruction in printing and packaging applications.
The RTO system oxidizes organic pollutants at high temperature and recovers heat through regenerative ceramic media, enabling energy-efficient operation under continuous high-volume exhaust conditions.
