Application Overview
This project was developed for VOC emission control in large-scale waterborne paint production.
The system is designed to treat volatile organic compounds generated during paint manufacturing processes, including resin preparation, blending and coating-related production operations. These emissions typically contain solvent vapors and organic compounds released during high-capacity continuous production.
System Configuration
The system adopts a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) for high-efficiency VOC destruction in large-scale coating production applications.
The RTO system oxidizes organic pollutants at high temperature and utilizes regenerative ceramic media to recover heat, enabling stable operation under high airflow and continuous industrial production conditions.
