The Catalytic Oxidizer is an efficient and environmentally friendly waste gas treatment system. It uses a catalyst to convert harmful substances in exhaust gas into harmless compounds at relatively low temperatures. Compared with other exhaust gas treatment technologies, it offers high destruction efficiency, low energy consumption, and flexible application across different industrial processes.
It is suitable for treating low to medium concentration VOCs (100–500 ppm), including benzene, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, esters, phenols, ethers, and alkanes. The system achieves a destruction efficiency of over 95–98% under stable operating conditions.
This system is widely used in industries such as painting, printing, electronics, cable manufacturing, and coatings. It is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized drying lines, surface treatment processes, and curing operations, where consistent control of low to medium concentration organic emissions is required.
